Smoking Cessation
If you are thinking about or would like to give up smoking why not book in with one of our Nurses?
This is a free, non-referral service. The Nurse will talk with you about your smoking habits and what options would best suit you.
Nurse appointments are available Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
NHS Health Checks
The NHS Health Check programme aims to help prevent heart disease, stroke, diabetes, kidney disease and certain types of dementia.
Everyone between the ages of 40 and 74, who has not already been diagnosed with one of these conditions or have certain risk factors, will be invited (once every five years) to have a check to assess their risk of heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, diabetes and some forms of dementia and will be given support and advice to help them reduce or manage that risk.
Why not book a 20 minute appointment with our Health Care Assistant today for your free NHS Health Check? Appointments are available Monday - Friday 8.40am - 1pm.
