Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by completing the right-hand section of your previous prescription form and either leaving it at the surgery or sending it to us by post. You can also order repeat prescriptions online using Patient Access.
Your prescription will be ready for collection 3 working days later. If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope). Prescriptions are not processed after 5pm or Saturday mornings.
In the interests of patient safety we are unable to accept telephone requests for repeat medication at Tenbury or Clee Hill Surgeries.
Tenbury Wells Surgery patients
Please request your repeat medication using one of the following ways:
- Drop it into the post box outside the surgery
- Use our Patient Access online service here – if you need to register for this service visit our Online Services page for more information.
- Post your request to the surgery
All prescriptions are currently being sent to Rowlands Pharmacy, Tenbury Wells – if you have a specific chemist you wish to collect your prescription from you will need to let us know the name, location and postcode on the repeat prescription slip or online.
Clee Hill Surgery patients
Please request your repeat medication using one of the following ways:
- Drop it into reception or through the letter box if the surgery is closed.
- Post your request to the surgery.
- Telephone Clee Hill surgery.
Exemption certificates will need to be produced every time you collect medication otherwise you will be charged for your prescription
You can collect your prescriptions from the surgery if you are not suffering from COVID-19 symptoms.
Medication reviews
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
