Dr Foster is a traditional GP enjoying work with patients and their families in a close community and enjoys particularly the continuity of care this allows. He lives locally with three grown-up daughters.
Dr Foster is the senior partner and practice lead for GP Commissioning and our liaison with South Worcestershire Consortium (Commissioning Group) as well as the Information Governance lead and Safeguarding Lead for Adults and Children.
Dr Gunther lives locally in Tenbury Wells. He is originally from Germany. He is a keen gardener and is responsible for the colour you see around the practice! Dr Gunther runs the Diabetic Clinic along with Dr Hall and also has a particular interest in minor operations.

Dr Groning is originally from Germany and has been living in the area for several years. She is married with a child and has a smallholding where she looks after her pigs, chickens, horses and dogs. She still has time for patients!
Qualifying as a Consultant Gastroenterologist in 2004 before re-training as a General Practitioner. Dr Groning maintains an interest in problems related to nutrition, liver and bowels. Qualified to fit Nexplanon (contraceptive implant) and coils for family planning. She is also the prescribing lead for the surgery.
She is our QOF, CQC lead and is the Keele Medical Student Mentor Lead.
MBChB (2009 Birmingham) MRCGP
Dr Conquest is the practice lead for respiratory medicine and is qualified to perform minor surgery and joint injections. Dr Conquest also mentors the Keele Medical Students alongside Dr Groning.

Dr Rebecca Hall is a salaried GP with ourselves. Dr Hall lives locally with her husband, three dogs and four horses. She has been an active member of the local riding club and competes regularly in dressage and eventing.
Occupational Interests - Family planning, fitting coils and implants. Completed University of Warwick Diploma of Diabetes and will share running the diabetic clinic with Dr Gunther.
Sister Morris is the Lead Practice Nurse for our surgery.
Nurse Practitioner: BSc Honours, RGN, Independent and Supplementary Non Medical Prescriber, Asthma dip, COPD dip, CHD dip. Spirometry dip.
She also has a special interest in chronic disease management and is also qualified to do cervical smear tests.
Sister Morris is a mentor for pre-registration nursing students and so you may find that she is supervising a student nurse when you attend. If you would prefer not to have the student nurse present during your consultation please inform the receptionist when you arrive.
At present Sister Morris is studying for her MSc Advancing Clinical Practice.
Senior Practice Nurse: RGN, RSCN, Dip ORTH, Dip PN, Dip Diabetes
Special Interests: Paediatrics, Diabetes, Chronic Disease Management.
DipHE Adult Branch
Jo is our practice nurse with many years experience. She has diplomas in substance misuse and leg ulcer management.
With a particular interest in tissue viability, she is the lead for wound and leg ulcer care.
Diploma Level 3 Health and Social Care
HCA Lloyd is available daily for blood tests, routine blood pressure recording, Ear irrigation, basic wound care, stitch and staple removal, ECG’s as well as assisting the GPs and Practice Nurses.

The community nurses have a close working relationship with the practice. They are based at Tenbury Community Hospital.
