Repeat Prescriptions

pill_bottle

To support your NHS in saving money we would ask that you only order prescriptions that you need and do not re-order items you already have at home.  This will help the NHS both locally and nationally in our efforts to save money.

If your doctor wishes you to have regular medication, this will be entered on your computerised medical record.

Please indicate on the right hand side which medication you need and the collection option you prefer.

Please allow 3 working days for your repeat prescription to be processed.  Prescriptions are not processed after 5pm or Saturday mornings.

Please request your repeat medication using one of the following ways:

Tenbury Patients

At this current time repeat prescriptions are to be posted into a specific post box outside the surgery doors and we ask that patients DO NOT enter the building.  Our reception team are also happy to organise Online Access for you to order your repeat prescriptions online, please telephone them to arrange.  All prescriptions are currently being sent to Rowlands Pharmacy, Tenbury Wells - if you have a specific chemist you wish to collect your prescription from you will need to let us know the name, location and postcode on the repeat prescription slip or online as NO prescriptions are to be collected from Tenbury Surgery.

  • Drop it into the post box outside the surgery or through the letter box if the surgery is closed.
  • Use our Patient Access online service via the link at the top of this page. (You will need to register in person at the practice prior to using this service to be issued with your Patient Access login, password and unique pin number).
  • Post your request to the surgery.

In the interests of patient safety we are unable to accept telephone requests for repeat medication at Tenbury or Clee Hill Surgeries.

Clee Hill Patients

At this current time we are asking patients to telephone Clee Hill surgery to order repeat presriptions.  DO NOT enter the surgery to order.  You can collect your prescription if you are NOT suffering from any of these symptoms:

You can send another person who is well to collect your prescription for you.

  • Drop it into reception or through the letter box if the surgery is closed.
  • Post your request to the surgery.
  • Exemption certificates will need to be produced every time you collect medication otherwise you will be charged for your prescription

 Repeat Prescriptions & Pharmacy2U – Advertising

It has come to our attention that the organisation Pharmacy2U has used a number of Worcestershire Practices names on its marketing material. Please note, our practice does not utilise, promote, engage with, or otherwise have any dealings with Pharmacy2U, and, furthermore has not given, nor has been asked, for consent for the practice name to appear on any advertising material.
